Return Process

  Securely place the jewellery in its original branded box and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
