Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, all Liberal Jewellery items come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

To maintain shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Liberal Jewellery pouch provided with your order.
